Neurodiversity coaching

Abstract Swirling Pattern

Purpose

Neurodiversity coaching provides individuals with a supportive space to explore practical strategies for managing challenges, while also recognising and building on the strengths they bring. Alison’s approach is grounded in the belief that neurodiverse minds have an important and valuable role to play in every team and organisation.

Through coaching, individuals are encouraged to better understand their needs, clarify their boundaries, and communicate both with confidence and clarity. This creates the conditions for more effective collaboration, stronger self-advocacy, and better outcomes for everyone involved.

As someone who is neurodiverse and who has raised two neurodiverse children, Alison brings both lived experience and deep empathy to this work. She sees neurodiversity as an area of significant untapped potential for individuals, teams, and organisations.
